When purchasing one of our modular homes, the following terms and conditions apply to ensure transparency and understanding between the Customer and PLAD.

The product descriptions for all modular homes offered by PLAD, including but not limited to The OMNI (460 sq ft) and The AURA (1280 sq ft), as well as any custom options, are provided on our Website. These descriptions include details on the following features:
Size and Dimensions: The square footage,
layout, and room specifications (e.g., number of bedrooms,
bathrooms, living areas) are clearly outlined.
Design Options: You can select from various
design elements, including flat roofs, rooftop decks, and
side-pitched roofs, all of which cater to specific needs
such as urban or rural terrain adaptability.
Material Specifications: PLAD homes are
crafted with steel frames, thermal insulated panels, and
other energy-efficient materials that meet high standards
for durability and sustainability.
Customization Options: Custom orders are
available for Customers seeking specific design alterations,
unique layouts, or additional features tailored to their
requirements.
We strive to provide detailed and accurate information regarding all aspects of our homes, including images, dimensions, features, and benefits. PLAD’s discretion without prior notice to reflect changes in
market conditions, material costs, labor rates, or other
factors that may influence the final sale price. Any changes
in pricing will not affect orders already placed and
confirmed.
Custom Homes Pricing: For custom-designed
homes, prices may vary based on the complexity of the
design, additional features requested, specific materials
selected, and any special requirements. Customers interested
in custom options will be provided with a bespoke quote that
outlines all associated costs.
Shipping and Additional Costs: The prices
listed do not include shipping fees, taxes, or any
additional costs related to delivery, assembly, or
installation. These costs will be calculated separately and
provided to the Customer during the checkout process or at

Errors and Corrections: While PLAD takes

pricing error is identified, PLAD reserves the right to
correct the error and either cancel the affected order or

Order Cancellations Due to Pricing Errors: If an order is placed with an incorrect price, whether due

reason, PLAD reserves the right to cancel the order and
issue a full refund, regardless of whether the order has
been confirmed. If the Customer prefers to proceed with the
corrected price, an opportunity to do so will be offered.
Deposit Requirements: Depending on the type
of home ordered (standard or custom), a deposit may be
required to secure the order. This deposit is generally
non-refundable except in cases where the order is canceled
by PLAD due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inability to
fulfill the order or product unavailability).
Final Payment Terms The remaining balance
for the home, including any shipping or additional costs,
must be paid in full prior to shipment or delivery. PLAD
reserves the right to withhold delivery until all payments
are received and processed. Payment terms for custom orders
may vary based on the specific terms agreed upon between
PLAD and the Customer at the time of purchase.
3. Order Process & Payment Terms
a. Order Submission
To place an order, you must complete and submit the required information via the order form on our Website. Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the specified home under the terms outlined at the time of order.
b. Payment Terms
Payment for products must be made in accordance with the
methods offered on the Website, including but not limited to
credit card payments or wire transfers. A deposit may be
required at the time of order confirmation, with the balance
due prior to shipment or delivery. Payment terms for custom
orders may differ and will be outlined in the order
agreement.
c. Payment Terms
Upon receipt of your order and payment, you will receive an
order confirmation via email. Please verify all information,
including product specifications, and notify us immediately
of any discrepancies.
4. Shipping & Delivery
a. Shipping Policy
PLAD offers worldwide shipping for our modular homes.
Shipping fees, methods, and estimated delivery times will be
outlined at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary
depending on the destination and availability of materials.
b. Delivery & Installation
Delivery of your home will be arranged to the location
specified in your order. PLAD is not responsible for delays
caused by factors beyond our control, including but not
limited to shipping delays, weather conditions, or customs
clearance issues.
c. Risk of Loss
All risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the
Customer upon delivery to the carrier. PLAD will not be held
responsible for any damage incurred during transit.
5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
a. Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed,
cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to PLAD.
Cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees depending
on the stage of production or shipment.
b. Returns
Due to the custom nature of modular homes, all sales
are final. Returns are not accepted unless the product is
defective upon delivery, in which case PLAD must be notified
within 7 days. Any approved returns must be in their
original condition and packaging.
c. Refunds
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued minus any
cancellation fees and non-refundable deposits. Refunds for
defective products will only be issued upon inspection and
confirmation by PLAD.
